1962 Fender Stratocaster - Beverly Hills - box guitar

1962 original Fender Stratocaster one owner, low serial numbers. The guitar suffered some moister water damage to the body. But it was taken to appraisal shop and we have the paper work with all damages/detraction's to over all value. The guitar still plays well and sounds beautiful. I can provide some HIGH resolution photos as well as the appraisal. It's been appraised with current damages at $15,000-$18,000. My brother-n-law passed away and he owned it since he was 16 new. And we did not discover it while it was stored in an area that got water to boxes that unfortunately it was in. Price is negotiable but we know what we have, so please only serious offers.Damages are mostly cosmetic and the appraisers state it could be restored fairly easy but my sister has too many medical issues and can not afford them at this time.
